Dacia Gallery is pleased to present a captivating new exhibition by Jerry J. Adams. This series of abstract paintings delves into the interplay between chaos and control, exploring the delicate tension that exists at the edge of entropy. Adams’ work navigates the fine line between order and disorder, creating a visual dialogue that resonates with the complexity of our contemporary world. Adams conveys a sense of dynamic movement and transformation, challenging viewers to reconsider their own perceptions of control and inevitability.


ARTIST BIO
Jerry J. Adams is a Visual/Sound artist, writer and composer based in Brooklyn, NY. He received a BA from San Francisco State University with a concentration in photography and alternative photographic processes. Continuing on to earn an MFA from New York University. His work has been exhibited across the U.S.; Martin Wong Gallery in San Francisco, CA; 80 Washington Square East Gallery in New York, NY; solo exhibition at NYU’s Broadway Gallery in New York, NY; and Studio200 across the New York City area. He has performed across North America. Either appearing as a performance artist or in various bands and ensembles. Public works have been included in the Native Woodland Garden Public Art Project, Schwartz Plaza, Washington Square Park, New York, NY; Collaborative Concepts, Saunders Farm, Garrison, NY; Collaborative Concepts, Tilly Foster Farm, Putnam County, NY.
