Invitation to Artists: Dacia Gallery invites emerging and established artists to register and participate in The SOHO Art Show, organized by Dacia Gallery in New York City at an incredible venue. We are looking for new talented artists to exhibit. The gallery will advertise and promote the selected artists and host a formal reception and art party for The SOHO Art Show. |

Up to 30 Artists: Will participate in the exhibition, this is on a first come first serve basis. We have 30 spots available, please register early to ensure a spot in the show. Once you registered you are in the show. |
|
|
|
The Exhibition and Art Party: The exhibition will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2019. Opening hours: 12:00pm to Midnight. From 12:00 – 2:00pm the event is free and open to the public. From 2:00pm to Midnight will have a $10 cover charge for the public. Dacia Gallery will host a formal Opening Reception & Exhibition. |

Venue: The SOHO Art Show will take place at 195 Chrystie St. between Stanton and Rivington St. The venue is an incredible art exhibition space. Each artist will be given a 6 foot wide by 10 foot high wall wall to exhibit their work. This is a prime location for all the major art galleries in SOHO and the Lower East Side of Manhattan. |

|
Accepted Artwork: Painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, photography, digital art, mixed media site-specific installations, illustration, etc. In other words, all creative culminations are welcome. Submitted works are not required to conform to any particular medium, style, theme or concept, artwork dimensions may be of any size that fits the 6x10 foot wall. |

|
Application: Please be ready to provide your artist bio and artwork list (i.e. Title, Medium, Dimensions). The artwork list is approximate, just so we have a few examples of the work you will be bringing so we can promote the exhibition. You may submit up to 10 images, minimum one image is required. Please include your name, address, email and phone number on your artist bio and artwork list. Thank you. |

Art Sales: The artist is responsible for all art sales, no galley commission will be taken. All sold artwork goes 100% to the artist. |
|
|
|
Installation of Artwork: Friday, October 11, 2019 from 11AM TO 6PM - You must be present to install your work. Each artist is responsible for installing their own artwork on the wall for the show. You must bring a hammer, nails and all tools needed to install your work, we will have a few big ladders available for you to share. |
|
|
|
Exhibition Day: Saturday, October 12, 2019 from Noon to Midnight - The artist must be present during this time of the show. You may have friends, family or an assistant with you during this time to help you out, so you do not have to be always present. |
|
|
|
De-Installation of Artwork: Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 11AM to 2PM. You must be present to take down your work or an assistant. |

|
|
Housing: Artists are responsible for their own housing accommodation during the time of the art show. Previous artists have used airbnb.com to find affordable accommodations. Typically, airbnb.com is the best resource for affordable temporary accomodations in NYC. Most artists have stayed in the Lower East Side, the East Village, SoHo and Chinatown, everything is close by and the gallery is conveniently located in the middle of all these neighborhoods. The gallery address where the show will take place at is 195 Chrystie St. New York, NY 10002. |

Registration Fee: $450 |
|
|
|
Payment: In order to reserve your spot, please select from the option below and make a payment to register. Once payment has been made your spot is automatically reserved and a Dacia Representative will contact you to discuss the Art Show with you. Because of short timing please understand that the fee for registration is non-refundable because we have already paid for the exhibition space and all the things needed for the show. Upon clicking submit and making the payment, the artist agrees with Dacia Gallery's terms and conditions for payment for the Art Show. The balance must be paid in full before the Art Show begins. |
